Binance Pay (pay with your Binance account balance) or a direct crypto payment in USDT or USDC from your own wallet or an exchange, on BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base or Ethereum, with automatic delivery. As soon as the transaction is confirmed on the network, your key is sent by email — usually within minutes. If the amount that arrives doesn't match exactly, we review it manually. All prices are in US dollars.

Delivery is by email, automatic as soon as your Binance Pay or crypto payment is confirmed (usually in under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day). The email includes the product key, the official download link and a step-by-step activation guide. You can also see it in My orders if you buy with your account.

Check your spam or promotions folder and look for the sender argkey.com. If you bought with your account, the key also appears in My orders. If it still doesn't show up, open a ticket with your order number and we'll resend it.

No. Payments are made in full with Binance Pay or crypto. If you want to split a large purchase, you can place several separate orders.

It's not required: you can buy with just your email, which is where the license is sent. Creating an account lets you keep your purchase history, see your keys again anytime and follow up on support tickets.

Yes. All prices are in US dollars and are final: the price you see in the cart is what you pay. You can view approximate prices in euros, pounds or reais with the currency selector, but the charge is always in USD.

Yes, all our licenses are original and activate directly against the servers of Microsoft or the corresponding manufacturer. We don't sell generic keys, activators or cracked software.

Unless the product page says otherwise, each key activates one PC at a time. Multi-device packs (common for antivirus and Microsoft 365) state in the title how many devices they cover.

If you format the same computer, the license activates again with no problem using the same key. If you change computers or motherboards, it depends on the type of license: write to us before doing it and we'll tell you whether that key can be reassigned and how.

Go to Settings > System > Activation: it should say "Windows is activated". You can also open the Start menu, type winver and confirm the installed edition. If the "Activate Windows" watermark still shows up, restart your computer before writing to us.

Yes, activation is done online against the manufacturer's servers, so your PC needs to be connected during that step. After that, you can use the software offline as usual.

For home use and gaming, Home is enough. Pro adds work-oriented features: incoming Remote Desktop, BitLocker encryption, Hyper-V, group policies and the ability to join the computer to a domain. If you use a company PC or need to connect to that machine remotely, go with Pro.

Yes, as long as your computer meets the Windows 11 requirements (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and a compatible processor). The same key for the edition you bought activates Windows 11 after upgrading. If you're not sure, send us your PC model and we'll check it with you.

Yes. Home & Student editions include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote; Professional versions also add Outlook, Publisher and Access. Each product page lists exactly which programs are included.

Office 2021 and 2024 are perpetual licenses: you pay once, they're yours forever in that version and they don't include upgrades to new versions. Microsoft 365 is an annual subscription that adds OneDrive storage, use on multiple devices and the latest features. If you just want Word and Excel forever, the perpetual version is cheaper in the long run.

Windows keys are for PC only. Office has specific editions for Mac: make sure the product page says so before buying, because an Office key for Windows won't activate the macOS version. If in doubt, ask us and we'll confirm which one you need.

We sell both, and it's always stated on the product page. The keys are redeemed on your own Steam, EA App, Epic or Battle.net account and the game is yours. The accounts come with the game already on them and you use them with the login details we send you.

Open Steam, go to Games > Activate a Product on Steam, accept the terms and paste the key we emailed you. The game is added to your library and you download it from there. On EA App, Epic and Battle.net, you redeem it from each platform's "Redeem code" option.

The region is stated on each product. Global keys work in any country; if a key is limited to a specific region, we say so on the product page. If you're not sure, contact us before buying.

Yes, all our licenses come with a lifetime guarantee against activation failures: if the key stops working due to an issue attributable to the product, we replace it free of charge.

Yes, as long as you haven't activated or used the key: you have 10 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal under Argentine consumer law (Law 24.240) by writing to [email protected], and we'll refund you through the same payment method. Once the key has been revealed and activated, the digital content has been used and that right no longer applies. It's all detailed in the refund policy.

It's covered by the legal guarantee: we'll replace the key or, if that's not possible, refund the amount you paid. Write to [email protected] or open a ticket with your order number and a screenshot of the error, and we'll sort it out.
