Terms and Conditions
These are the conditions governing the use of the site and the purchase of digital licenses at ArgKey.

1. Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using the ArgKey website (hereinafter, the "Site"), as well as purchasing any of the products offered, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms"). If you don't agree with them, you must refrain from using the Site or making purchases through it.
2. Seller identification
ArgKey is operated by [Company name to be completed], Tax ID (CUIT) [to be completed], with registered address at [address to be completed], Autonomous City of Buenos Aires or Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, hereinafter "ArgKey", "we" or "the seller". 3. Purpose
ArgKey sells digital software licenses (activation keys) for Microsoft products and various antivirus manufacturers, for delivery and activation on devices for personal or professional use. The purchase is completed entirely by electronic means, with no physical media delivered.
4. Legal capacity
The Site's services are intended for people with legal capacity to enter into contracts. People under 18 must have the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian to make purchases.
5. Account registration
An account with a name and email address can be created to use the Site. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for keeping their access confidential. ArgKey may suspend or delete accounts if there are signs of fraudulent use, identity theft or breach of these Terms.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), include applicable taxes and may change without notice, without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is made through Binance Pay or by a cryptocurrency transfer (USDT or USDC) to the address shown at checkout. Prices can be displayed in other currencies for reference only; the charge is always in USD. The order is confirmed once the payment is credited.
7. Product delivery
As these are digital goods, delivery is instant: the activation key and the usage guide are sent by email to the address provided at purchase as soon as the payment is confirmed. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking the spam or promotions folder.
8. Nature of the licenses
In addition to these Terms, each license sold is governed by the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the corresponding manufacturer (Microsoft, Kaspersky, Norton, Bitdefender, ESET or others). ArgKey is not an official representative or distributor of those brands, and they are mentioned solely to describe the products sold.
9. Guarantees
In accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, ArgKey guarantees that the key delivered is original, unique and valid for activating the purchased product. If a key doesn't work for reasons not attributable to the user, ArgKey undertakes to replace it or, if that isn't possible, to refund the amount paid, in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. Right of withdrawal (cancellation button)
In distance purchases, the consumer has the right to revoke acceptance within ten (10) calendar days from delivery of the product, under Article 34 of Law 24,240 and Articles 1110 to 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. Since this is digital content delivered and usable immediately, this right has particular scope, detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
11. Coupons and promotions
Discount codes are for personal use, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and are subject to the conditions (validity, number of uses and amount) set when they were issued. ArgKey may cancel a coupon if there are signs of misuse.
12. Intellectual property
The design, texts, code, logos and other content of the Site are the property of ArgKey or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law No. 11,723 and related regulations. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
13. Limitation of liability
ArgKey is not responsible for failures beyond its control, such as interruptions of email or Internet service, or of the manufacturer's activation servers. Nor is it responsible for the use the user makes of the purchased license or for damages arising from use contrary to the corresponding EULA. Nothing herein limits the consumer's non-waivable rights under Argentine Law 24,240 or the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
14. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data provided on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
15. Changes
ArgKey may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from their publication on the Site, stating the date of the last update. Purchases already made are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, and under Article 36 of Law 24,240, the consumer may choose to go to the ordinary courts of their own domicile or those of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence. Before or instead of going to court, the consumer may use the National Consumer Arbitration System (COPREC) or the consumer protection authority of their jurisdiction.
